Privacy policy for XDRX Labs

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This privacy policy describes how XDRX Labs handles information in connection with its websites, products, and browser extensions, including solt.app, Slash Prompts, and Mail Attach.

1. Information we collect

XDRX Labs aims to collect as little information as possible.

  • Contact information you choose to send by email, such as your email address and message contents.
  • Product or extension data that users create directly inside the product, such as saved prompt templates in Slash Prompts.
  • Basic hosting or analytics data only if enabled by the platform used to host a product or website.

2. How information is used

  • To provide the core functionality of the product or extension.
  • To respond to support or contact requests.
  • To maintain, debug, or improve product performance and reliability.

3. Slash Prompts

Slash Prompts stores user-created prompt templates locally in the browser using local extension storage. Prompts are used only to let the user manage and insert their own saved prompt templates into supported AI chat interfaces.

Slash Prompts does not sell user data and does not transfer user-created prompt content to third parties as part of its core feature.

4. Mail Attach

Mail Attach is intended to help users catch missing attachments before sending emails. Any page access or message content handling is limited to the extension feature described in the product.

5. solt.app

solt.app may process user-provided information only as needed to deliver its core product experience. Any product-specific data handling should also be disclosed in-product where relevant.

6. Sharing of information

XDRX Labs does not sell personal information. Information is only shared when necessary to operate a service, comply with legal obligations, or protect against abuse, fraud, or security issues.

7. Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the product or respond to the user, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your choices

  • You can remove stored browser extension data by deleting prompts or uninstalling the extension.
  • You can contact XDRX Labs to request deletion of information you have provided directly by email.
